Brasseurs du Monde | Mathieu Lacombe
It's quite impressive behold the number of new brewers who were born in Quebec in recent years. After the breakthrough of Unibroue, McAuslan and Boreale, which were the precursors of microbreweries in the 80s, the late 2000s saw a new wave impressive both in quality and diversity. Brasseurs du monde (The Brewers World) is a team of beer passionate in Ste-Hyacinthe, who makes every effort to share that passion with consumers in Quebec and elsewhere. Indeed, depending on the type of beer, the company creates beers that are sometimes inspired and sometimes directly borrowed beer styles from abroad. It is with enthusiasm that I present some beer labels designed by Mathieu Lacombe one of my students at UQAM.
